Quality Assurance
Lakeside Manufacturing's Quality Assurance Lab provides you with statistical as well as detailed dimensional information. We have two Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to qualify significant and critical characteristics, both are CNC equipped and run with Geopak software. This enables real-time inspection results throughout a production run.
Our Dimensional Inspection Software (DIS) provides a detailed ISIR using a format approved by the "BIG 3".
We use current technology in instrumentation for ensuring the close tolerances of today's manufacturing needs and our strict calibration schedule maintains the integrity of our equipment.
Lakeside Manufacturing is ISO/TS: 16949:2002 Certified.
